- Children ages 10 yrs and below -50%.

PRICES INCLUDE :

-Water, gas, light and weekly change of linen and towels (during summer time twice a week).
-Children ages 0-3 yrs old who sleep in their parent’s bed are free. If you wish to rent a baby cot or crib additional charge will be 12€ per day including linen.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

-Advanced of 40% at the moment of reservation, or bank transfer or by postal check.
-Full payment must be done upon arrival. (a deposit of 40€ each pers is obligatory and will be given back at the moment of departure.
-The reservation is valid after the written confirmation of Sa-Mamaioa Farm.
-Possible cancellation must be made at least one month before the date reserved.
-In case of delayed arrival the reservation will be keep until 17:00h of the day after.
-The minimun stay during high season (July-Aug.) is one week (during low season we are flexible).
-Reservation for a day or two is just accepted during low season.
